Duration – Afternoon
A few spaces for North Central trainees willing to take part in simulation of thoracic anaesthesia scenarios, and practices skills and drills on the morning of the 25th of July 2019 are still available. Please contact Dr Emilie Hoogenboom (e.hoogenboom@nhs.net).
In the afternoon we will join the pan-London thoracic meeting organised by the Thoracic Anaesthesia Group at Guy’s Hospital in collaboration with #AirwayHub (UCLH) and St Bartholomew Hospitals. The meeting is aimed at sharing experiences and challenges in anaesthesia for thoracic surgery. There will be a mix of case presentations, novel techniques in anaesthesia and analgesia for thoracic surgery and an overview of the enhanced recovery pathways amongst London Thoracic Centres.
