For ARCP you need
(1)ESSR / IPR from each placement since your last ARCP and a summary ESSR from your current placement at time of ARCPIn this should be evidence of adequate progress and WPBAs for your stage of training
(2)Report from any OOPT or OOPR done since last ARCP
(3)MSF – one per year
(4)Completed form R with health & probity declarations plus any significant events. Also note number of days out of training for sickness or other reasons and any medical practice other than your training post – locum work, charity work etc
