The Royal College of Anaesthetists is developing an e-portfolio to replace the current paper-based system. The idea is to have a complete record of your training for the purposes of relective review and learning, and for ARCPs etc. The RCoA would like trainees’ feedback on the proposal before moving forward with the development.
